What we collect

When you unlock finder results we collect your name, work email, optional brokerage, the state, group size and filters you entered, and the list of vendors returned. We also store a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention, your browser user agent, the referring page and any campaign parameters in the URL.

How we use it

To show you the results, to email you the same results, and to respond if you reply asking for an introduction to a vendor. We may contact you about the results you requested. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with vendors unless you ask us to make an introduction.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a cookie-free analytics service that does not track you across sites. Finder usage is recorded as aggregate events (category, state, group-size band) without personal information.

Cookies and storage

After you unlock results we set a cookie and a browser storage entry so you are not asked for your email again for 30 days. It contains no personal information.

Retention and your rights

Lead records are retained while we operate the service. Email sam@edw4rds.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
